	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/10/2019 answer text <p>Immediately after exit, EU citizens can continue to cross the border using their passport or national identity card. NRPF conditions were introduced in the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/07/2020 answer text <p>Information on the total number of applications, claims paid and the overall amount paid out by the scheme is available to view on GOV.UK at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/windrush-compensation-scheme-data-may-2020.</p><p> </p><p>We are processing claims as quickly as possible, but all claims are different, and the time taken will depend on many factors, including the complexity of the case. We are committed to working with the claimant to ensure all possible information is taken into account and this will have an impact on the length of time it takes to process the claim.
