	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2019 answer text <p>The department does not collect data specifically on whether drivers and riders involved in road accidents are learners. The department collects data on personal injury road accidents reported to the police, including contributory factors which the police select when they attend the scene.
