star this property answer text <p>A list of (a) unique visitors, (b) page views and (c) impressions from (a) the UK and (b) other countries for each of the no-deal technical guidance documents published on GOV.UK has been placed in the Library.</p><p>Technical notices are one way in which the government shares information with businesses and citizens on what they need to do to prepare for a scenario where the UK leaves the EU without a deal.</p><p>The government has also developed a large number of other products and is using a range of channels to communicate directly with citizens and businesses on the steps they should take to prepare. This includes:</p><p>• A Public Information Campaign that has delivered over 3.3 million unique page views on GOV.UK. Between December 2018 and March 2019, there have been over 12.9 million sessions on GOV.UK visited Brexit content.</p><p>• 750 pieces of ‘No Deal’ guidance. This includes a settled status guide with over 4 million views and the ‘driving abroad’ guide with over 300,000 views.</p><p>• Extensive engagement with industry and trade associations and direct communications with businesses to support planning. To provide further advice we have contacted approximately 145,000 businesses who trade with the EU directly to help them get ready for No Deal customs procedures</p>

star this property answer text <p>All sections of the Scotland Act 2016 that increase the powers of the Scottish Parliament are now in force. The Scottish Parliament will now be able to legislate in every area where the Scotland Act 2016 has given it the power to do so. The Joint Ministerial Working Group on Welfare continues to meet as a forum for discussion and decision-making to ensure the implementation of welfare and employment-related aspects of the Scotland Act 2016. The most recent meeting was held on 27th June 2019.</p><p><br>The devolution of tax and borrowing powers to Scotland has increased the accountability of the Scottish Government.</p><p>The Government has been clear that it expects that EU exit will lead to an increase in decision-making powers for the devolved administrations. The Government remains focussed on implementing the existing devolution settlements and undertaking detailed monitoring and evaluation in order to be able to assess the impact of devolution as we consider further decentralisation.</p>

star this property answer text <p>As the Government outlined in the National Cyber Strategy 2022, significant progress has been made in the last decade in improving the UK’s cyber resilience but further work remains.</p><p>The Strategy sets out the Government’s ambitions to raise levels of resilience across all sectors by 2025, with a particular focus on our Critical National Infrastructure and making government an exemplar. We are also strengthening protections to online services and connected consumer devices to reduce the cyber security burden on UK citizens.</p><p>The Government continually assesses cyber risk and implementation of the National Cyber Strategy and we will publish annual reports on our progress.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>At the last Spending Round the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced that £5 million is being made available for the Office for Veterans' Affairs in 2020/2021. The costs of setting up the Office for Veterans' Affairs were met from existing budgets in the Cabinet Office and the Ministry of Defence, and included time from existing staff.</p><p>Furthermore, this does not represent the totality of government spend to support veterans. For example, we recently announced an additional £10 million to support veterans' mental health and wellbeing needs.</p><p> </p> more like this
