The Scheme ran until 1 July 1997.</p><p>The Home Secretary has met with Andrew Rosindell MP and a delegation of former Hong Kong Military Service Corps (HKMSC) personnel and listened to their representations. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/07/2019 answer text <p>The Court of Appeal’s judgment that one paragraph in the Prevent Duty Guidance for Higher Education Institutions in England and Wales is unlawful (which applies correspondingly to the same or similar paragraphs in the Prevent Duty Guidance documents for higher education in Scotland, and for further education institutions in England and Wales, and in Scotland) does not affect the rest of the guidance documents, which should continue to be read as before.</p><p>The Government continues to consider its position regarding its next steps in relation to this judgment. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/06/2019 answer text <p>We are monitoring the changing situation in Sudan and have issued a number of information updates to the business to ensure decision makers our informed of the unrest and potential its impact on persons returning to the country.</p><p>However, our position remains that where a Sudanese national is not able to demonstrate a protection need or that they have any other right to remain in the UK to us and, if they exercise an appeal right, the courts, we expect them to leave voluntarily.
