	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/06/2019 answer text <p>The Home Office does not hold information on the number of individuals charged under The Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Act, which came into effect on 13 November 2018. However, police forces in England and Wales provide the Home Office with data on the number of offences recorded of Assault or assault by beating of a constable or emergency worker that resulted in a charge.</p><p>Between 13 November 2018 to 31 December 2018, there were 947 offences recorded under the Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Act 2018 that resulted in a charge. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/06/2019 answer text <p>Her Majesty's Government has approved a one-year Approved Budgetary Limit of £34.8 million to the Spearhead programmes: £8.9 million for Land Command and Control (C2), £9.6 million for joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), and £16.3 million for Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW). The total planned spend over the seven-year portfolio is £544.1 million to the Spearhead programmes: £73.9 million for C2, £74.2 million for ISR, and £395.9 million for ASW.</p><p>This initiative does not obviate the need for an Equipment Programme of major units, procured in the traditional manner, in order to deliver defence tasks. Marshall scholars become advocates for greater depth and breadth of interaction, co-operation and mutual understanding between the two countries, with many going on to senior positions in politics, business, the law and other fields. The Government increased the programme's funding in 2017, allowing up to 50 scholarships to be awarded per year. This increased investment reflects the strengthened commitment of the British Government to the value of this programme and to the Special Relationship. The Government remains focused on ensuring a smooth and orderly withdrawal from the EU with a deal as soon as possible.</p><p>In November 2018, the Government delivered on its commitment to provide appropriate analysis to Parliament with a robust, objective assessment of how exiting the EU may affect the economy of the UK in the long run (circa 15 years). The analysis considers a range of scenarios, including a no deal scenario. All scenarios are compared to today’s arrangements, but this is not a specific projection of future membership of the EU; the future direction of EU policy is uncertain, and could have both positive and negative impacts on the UK economy. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/06/2019 answer text <p>The Government’s Long-term Economic Analysis of EU Exit (November 2018) provides a publicly available assessment of the possible long-term economic impacts of the UK's future relationship with the EU under different scenarios including a no deal scenario. The analysis summarises theory and evidence that openness to trade can increase productivity and long-term growth by exposing firms to competition, best practice, new technologies and through investment. This can contribute to higher wages, employment and households' living standards. A reduction in trade volumes between countries would be expected to lower productivity and long-term growth. In the Government’s analysis a no deal scenario is estimated to lower long-run GDP by 9% to 6% compared with today’s arrangements. In the analysis, this reflects the combined impact of trade frictions which reduce trade and affect firms' gross output, their productivity and households' purchasing power.</p><p>The Bank of England’s EU Withdrawal Scenarios and Monetary and Financial Stability report (published November 2018) also found that openness to trade affects productivity. The report’s disorderly exit scenario found a ‘large’ reduction in productivity.</p><p>These analyses are scenarios not forecasts.
