<p>We are not able to provide this information. NHS England can only provide information on those services that it commissions through its specialised commissioning function. Other services would be commissioned locally by clinical commissioning groups and therefore not collected centrally.</p><p>The attached table shows a breakdown of figures for 2013-14 to 2017-18, as estimated for NHS England Specialised Commissioning by NHS England.</p>
