	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2019 answer text <p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Government maintains that leaving the European Union with a deal is the best EU Exit outcome and has strongly expressed its opposition to leaving without a deal, in line with the position consistently expressed by Parliament. However, leaving without a deal on 31 October 2019 remains the legal default at the end of the Article 50 extension period if no withdrawal agreement is agreed. Therefore, as a responsible Government, we will continue to prepare to minimise any disruption to the supply of medicines and medical products in a ‘no deal’ scenario.</p><p> </p><p>The Department continues to work closely with the devolved administrations, relevant EU member states, industry trade bodies and suppliers, the National Health Service and our other main stakeholders to ensure that we are prepared for leaving the EU without a deal in October.</p><p> </p><p>On 26 June, we wrote to suppliers of medicines to the United Kingdom from or via the EU or European Economic Area setting out our continuing multi-layered approach to ensure the continuity of supply of all medicines and medical products in a potential no-deal exit scenario on 31 October.</p><p> </p><p>To ensure sufficient space to store stockpiled medicines, we agreed contracts for additional warehouse space, including ambient, refrigerated and controlled drug storage aligned to the possible 29 March EU exit date. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2019 answer text <p>Advances are designed to ensure that the most vulnerable claimants receive the money they need to live on during their transition to Universal Credit (UC).</p><p>It is important to make clear that the vast majority of claims to UC Advances are legitimate.</p><p>As at the end of June 2019, potential fraudulent advance claims equate to less than 1 per cent of all Universal Credit claims.</p><p>The Department takes this issue very seriously and will investigate all claims where fraud may have been committed. Near real-time measurements from these sites and further data tools can be found on the UK-AIR website (<a href="https://uk-air.defra.gov.uk/" target="_blank">https://uk-air.defra.gov.uk/</a>).</p><p> </p><p>There are no national automatic monitoring stations in Tonbridge and Malling or Maidstone.</p><p> </p><p>All local authorities also carry out their own air quality monitoring activities and produce annual status reports on air quality within the local authority boundaries.</p><p>Each of the local authorities has air quality management areas which can be found online at <a href="https://uk-air.defra.gov.uk/aqma/maps" target="_blank">https://uk-air.defra.gov.uk/aqma/maps</a></p><p> </p><p>Councils have statutory duties to tackle air pollution and already have considerable powers.</p><p> </p><p>Defra’s Air Quality Grant Programme provides funding to local authorities for projects in local communities to tackle air pollution and reduce emissions. Some aspects of this were previously delivered by Local Authorities before 31 March 2019 under the name “Universal Support”.</p><p>DWP works together with Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland through the Help to Claim partnership to ensure that support is signposted for claimants and partners: this is not a fund but a support offer for claimants making their claim to Universal Credit through to receiving their first payment.</p><p> </p><p>The Flexible Support Fund (FSF) is a discretionary fund that work coaches can use to support eligible claimants to get closer to or move into work. On 11 January 2019, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions announced that the FSF could also be used more widely to pay for upfront childcare costs until the claimant receives their first wage.
