Since then we have seen a significant shift in women’s participation in, and experiences of, the workplace.</p><p>The Council has successfully influenced government policy on shared parental leave, flexible working and the provision of childcare. Successful organisations funded under the first round began their programmes early this year.</p><p>These programmes provide extensive support to returners, supporting them to develop skills, build confidence, and complete accredited qualifications and training before they return to the labour market. This will include ethnicity, disability, age, education and length of unemployment. The International Trade Committee previously conducted inquiries into the Free Trade Agreements with Australia and New Zealand, as well as more recent inquiries into the UK’s CPTPP accession and UK trade negotiations with India and the Gulf Cooperation Group.</p><p>The Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 (CRaG) provides an effective and robust framework for scrutiny of treaties that require ratification, including Free Trade Agreements. The Government does not publicly comment on issues relating to the security services. More broadly, Parliament's information protocol for all social media includes that it should not be used for sharing sensitive information. The Parliamentary Digital Service regularly engages with the National Cyber Security Centre and briefs the Speakers of both Houses. I have also had meetings with the National Cyber Security Centre and the Parliamentary Security Department, including the Members’ Security Support Service.
