	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/07/2019 answer text <p>We are committed to increasing the supply of social housing and have invested over £9 billion into our Affordable Homes Programme to deliver 250,000 affordable homes by 2022, including at least 12,500 for social rent.</p><p>We do not publish yearly targets but deliver flexibly throughout the years of the programme to achieve our overall target and hold Homes England and the GLA to account for delivery.</p><p>We have increased the size of the Affordable Homes Programme, re-introduced social rent, removed the HRA borrowing cap for local authorities, and have set out a long-term rent deal for councils and housing associations in England from 2020. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/10/2020 answer text <p>The Home Office does not hold this information centrally.</p><p>The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 lay down certain requirements that all vehicles have to meet strict emission standards and be constructed and maintained so as not to emit any avoidable smoke. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2020 answer text <p>The Government has been clear that it will provide police forces with the support they need to continue protecting the public and keeping communities safe through the coronavirus pandemic.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is taking steps to mitigate forces’ COVID-19 related financial pressures.
