We have been clear that the next step for Automatic Enrolment is the implementation of the 2017 Review measures in the mid-2020s. These measures will improve pension eligibility and contribution levels, in particular for low and medium earners. Alongside this, we are supporting better planning for retirement saving and financial well-being – Pensions dashboards will help individuals plan for later life.
