This includes the skills, knowledge and behaviours that boards need to demonstrate to be effective. Both handbooks are currently being updated and once completed, copies will be <ins class="ministerial">placed</ins> <del class="ministerial">available</del> in the Libraries of both Houses. However in ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018’, we are clear that known transition points for all children in need, including young carers, should be planned for in advance and where children are likely to transition between child and adult service. In academic year 2019/20, religious education trainees with a 2:2 undergraduate degree or above will receive a £9,000 bursary. Previously a £9,000 bursary was only available to those with a first class degree, while those with a 2:1 degree received £4,000 and there was no funding available for other degree classes. These increases show the Department’s continuing commitment to recruiting religious education teachers.</p><p> </p><p>The Department will review bursary funding this summer, prior to announcing the offer for academic year 2020/21 courses in early autumn. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2019 answer text <p>​We plan to spend around £3.5 billion on our early education entitlements this year alone – more than any other government.</p><p>The department publishes data from local authority planned early years budget in the early years funding benchmarking tool.</p><p>The tool provides a breakdown of spend by early years provider types, including budget information for private, voluntary and independent (PVI) setting and maintained settings for 2 year olds and 3-4 year olds.</p><p>Budget information for childminders are included within the PVI total budget. Friend, the Secretary of State for Education agreed in principle, on 27 March 2019, to enter into a funding agreement with the River Learning Trust (RLT) for the Swan School to open, in Oxford, in September 2019. The NHS Long Term Plan includes a commitment for a further 24,000 women to be able to access specialist perinatal mental health care by 2023/24, building on the additional 30,000 women who will access these services each year by 2020/21 under pre-existing plans. Specialist care will also be available from preconception to 24 months after birth, which will provide an extra year of support. None of these young people were classified as homeless or of no fixed abode by the local authority.</p><p>The department does not collect data at parliamentary constituency level.</p><p>Further information on care leavers over the last 5 years in the Nottinghamshire local authority area is published by the department in the underlying data tables accompanying the statistical release, ‘Children looked after in England (including adoption): 2017 to 2018’.
