As part of the Government’s refreshed Hate Crime Action Plan published in 2018, we continue to support Tell MAMA, a service which spreads awareness about Anti-Muslim hate crime and Islamophobia, and provides victim support, amongst a number of other initiatives. Verbal and physical attacks and abuse on religious grounds are hate crimes which should be reported to the police.
