star this property answer text <p>FOXHOUND is a Cabinet Office-led, cross-government IT programme to develop and deploy a new secure capability for managing sensitive information, including that which is classified up to and at SECRET. As a classified programme it would not be appropriate to provide details of the scale and resource the Programme engages. That said, the Programme is led by civil servants and the capability has been developed in-house, drawing on contractor resource only where absolutely necessary. The development and delivery costs are competitive set against the more traditional outsourcing approach.</p> more like this
