	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>The Government wants to support all young people to be happy, healthy and safe. That is why we are making Relationships Education compulsory in primary schools, and Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) compulsory in all secondary schools.</p><p>High quality teaching of these subjects will help children understand positive relationships, how to value difference and respect for others, and the law on abuse and harassment in an age appropriate way. The consultation on the draft regulations and guidance closed on 7 November. The Department for Education is analysing responses and expect to publish a response in the New Year.</p><p>The Government Equalities Office continue to support this agenda, and has recently funded Phase 1 of the Law Commission review of online abuse law, to ensure women are sufficiently protected from online misogyny.</p><p>Both the Minister for Women and Equalities and the Secretary of State for Education are committed to ensuring that both girls and boys can achieve their potential in life, and met recently to discuss women’s economic empowerment in the education sector.</p> answering member constituency Louth and Horncastle answering member printed Victoria Atkins question first answered 13/12/2018 17:48:05 answering member 4399 label Biography information for Victoria Atkins

	question text	To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the adequacy of the supply of (a) Lisdexamfetamine and (b) Bupropion Hydrochloride.

	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/09/2023 answer text <p>The Department is aware of intermittent supply disruptions affecting Elvanse (lisdexamfetamine) capsules. We continue to work with the respective manufacturer to ensure continuous supply is resumed quickly. However, we can confirm that Elvanse 20mg, 40mg and 60mg capsules are currently in stock and pharmacies should be able to obtain stock via normal wholesaler routes.</p><p>We are also aware of a shortage with Bupropion. The resupply date of this product is still to be confirmed. We have issued comprehensive management guidance to healthcare professionals on this shortage in December 2022. Guidance advises on the management of patients who require this medication for both licensed and off-label indications. Clinicians can advise patients on suitable alternative products, and other management options that can be considered.
