	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/03/2020 answer text <p>As each Private Finance Initiative (PFI) company raises its finance in different ways and from different sources, the most relevant and easily comparable way of describing the cost of PFI finance is the pre-tax nominal project internal rate of return. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/03/2020 answer text <p>Officials have been working closely with the General Medical Council (GMC) to ensure it has a plan in place to use its powers to support delivery of essential health and care services during an epidemic, if this is required. When registering professionals, the GMC Registrar has the power to add conditions that restrict the types of activities that a doctor can carry out.
