As a result, there are limited benefits in testing 5G equipment pre-deployment due to those changes and updates. At that time, the NCSC had a team of approximately 700 people. At the end of its second year, in October 2018, the NCSC had a team of approximately 850 people. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2019 answer text <p><strong></strong></p><p>In 2018 the Government put in place new powers under the Network and Information Security (NIS) Regulations which require the most significant operators in the energy, transport, health, water, and digital infrastructure sectors to manage cybersecurity risk, including from the supply chain. The Competent Authorities who regulate the critical national infrastructure operators in scope of NIS may inspect and potentially impose fines of up to £17 million. Outside of NIS any powers are sector specific. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/12/2018 answer text <p>Active Cyber Defence (ACD) is a collection of services implemented by the NCSC that aim to protect the UK from the high-volume commodity attacks that affect people’s everyday lives. Mail Check is one of these services which enables an organisation to authenticate the email they send so that a receiver can determine if it is genuine or fake using Domain-based Message Authentication Protocol (DMARC). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2018 answer text <p>As set out in their 2018 Annual Report, the Huawei Cyber Security Evaluation Centre Oversight Board noted no causes for concern in the number of staff and their skills.</p><p>GCHQ keeps up to date with the latest technology and trends in cyber security by engaging with industry, academia and nurturing the next generation of cyber security specialists.
