star this property answer text <p>In 2016, the Information Governance Alliance published the NHS Records Management Code of Practice which sets out what people working with, or in, National Health Service organisations in England need to do to manage records correctly.</p><p> </p><p>The Code of Practice is based on current legal requirements and professional best practice. It includes advice that each NHS organisation should have an overall policy statement on how it manages all its records, including electronic records.</p><p> </p><p>It is the responsibility of each NHS organisation to ensure that staff are assigned access to patient records based on their role in the organisation and that, where appropriate, they should document their actions and decisions in patients’ records.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>In line with the draft Withdrawal Agreement with the European Union published on 19 March 2018, criminality and security checks will be carried out on applications for status under the EU Settlement Scheme and conduct (including any criminal convictions relating to it) before the end of the planned implementation period on 31 December 2020 will be assessed according to the current EU public policy and security tests for deportation. These are set out in the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2016.</p><p>Consistent with the draft Withdrawal Agreement, an applicant will be refused settled status under the scheme on the grounds of suitability where, at the date of decision, any of the criteria set out in paragraph EU15 of Appendix EU to the Immigration Rules applies.</p> more like this

This includes looking at the potential advantages and disadvantages of the national data opt-out not applying to these surveys beyond 2018/19.</p><p> </p><p>In spring 2018 we confirmed that for 2018/2019 the national data opt-out would not be applied to the national cancer patient experience survey and other patient experience surveys. A decision regarding application of the national data opt-out to these surveys beyond 2018/19 will be communicated in due course.</p> more like this
