star this property answer text <p>Between April 2013 and September 2018 3.6 million Personal Independence Payment (PIP) decisions have been made under Normal Rules. Of these 1.6 million were disallowed PIP – this will include those who attended the PIP assessment but did not secure enough points, as well as for other reasons such as failing to attend the assessment or not returning Part 2 of the PIP claim form within the time limit.</p><p> </p><p>Of the 1.6 million disallowed PIP, 96,680 had the decision overturned at appeal, representing 6% of disallowance decisions.
