These security controls are kept under continual review. The primary objective for Cyber Essentials is to help all organisations mitigate cyber security risks, especially small and medium-sized organisations. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/04/2019 answer text <p>Companies who process personal data and use it to make marketing communications are regulated by the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). Both of these are administered and enforced by the Information Commissioner (ICO). If a company collects phone numbers from customers, it must be clear and transparent about how personal data will be handled, and ensure that the data is processed in a way which individuals would expect. Personal data must not be shared with third parties without an appropriate legal basis. Organisations that fail to comply may be subject to enforcement action by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The scheme is managed by English Heritage and follows guidance set out by them.</p><p> </p><p>However, there are many other plaque schemes throughout the country in various cities and towns. More than seventy civic societies have worked together to standardise the schemes and each of these has a set of guidance for assessment. The recent publication of data from the Active Lives: Children and Young People survey confirms that active children are happier: the most active children report a mean happiness score of 7.5 (out of 10), compared to 6.8 for those who are less active. Benefits include building confidence, managing anxiety and depression, and increasing self-esteem, cognitive skills and improving learning and attainment.</p><p> </p><p>In December last year the Department of Health and Social Care and Department for Education published Transforming children and young people’s mental health provision: a green paper, which highlighted how important physical activity is for good mental health and wellbeing. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/11/2018 answer text <p>The fundamental purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation is to provide individuals with greater protection and control over their personal data.</p><p> </p><p>Allowing General Practices to charge for providing responses to subject access requests would weaken the rights of patients. (1)</p><p> </p><p>Arts Council England is providing grant funding over four years to a range of National Portfolio Organisations (NPOs). Some of these NPOs are based in rural locations and programme live music including:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Pocklington Arts Centre (East Riding of Yorkshire)</li><li>Ropery Hall (Barton on the Humber)</li><li>Queens Hall (Hexham)</li></ul><p> </p><p>Rural music venues can also benefit from Arts Council NPO and Project Grant funding as receiving houses for touring work and festival performances.</p><p> </p><p>1. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/03/2019 answer text <p>DCMS officials were in regular contact with the European Commission throughout 2016 and 2017 about the European Capital of Culture competition, and were notified of the European Commission's decision to discontinue the UK’s eligibility in the competition for the next round (2020-2033).</p><p> </p><p>The UK is seeking an ambitious agreement on cultural cooperation with the EU as part of our future partnership as set out in the Political Declaration. The UK is continuing to explore participation in the successor to Creative Europe, which includes the European Capital of Culture Competition.
