	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/11/2018 answer text <p>Negotiations on the future relationship between the EU and the UK are ongoing. To ensure that citizens and businesses in the UK and across the EU can plan for life after our withdrawal with confidence. We have agreed an implementation period that will last for 21 months beginning on exit day until 31 December 2020. During the implementation period, UK boats will have the same access to EU waters as they do now.</p><p>The UK Government sees no reason why pleasure vessels used for recreational purposes should see any change as a result of the UK’s exit from the EU. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/11/2018 answer text <p>The UK and the EU have taken a decisive step forward, agreeing the provisional terms of the UK’s smooth and orderly exit from the EU and making significant progress on the outline terms of our future relationship.</p><p>While the chances of no deal have been reduced considerably, the government will continue to do the responsible thing and prepare for all eventualities, in case a final agreement cannot be reached.</p><p>The Government is undertaking a wide range of ongoing analysis, across a range of scenarios, in support of our EU exit negotiations and preparations.
