answer text <p>The Secretary of State has had no discussions with Plumbing Pensions (UK) Ltd. However, DWP officials have met and continue to engage with the trustees from the scheme and employer representatives. The Minister for Pensions and Financial Inclusion has met with a number of Employer representatives on this issue.</p><p> </p><p>Since 2005 when this area of legislation was strengthened, this particular scheme has not calculated section 75 employer debt for employers affected by this issue. It has therefore not been possible for government to make any reliable estimates of the number of employers who are affected by this issue.</p><p> </p><p>The key pressure upon the trustees is to ensure that they carry out a proper calculation so that all parties can then understand the situation.</p> more like this
