unstar this property answer text <p>We cannot intervene to influence the decision that Oxford University Council has made as they are an autonomous body responsible for their own decision making.</p><p> </p><p>We are confident that the council would have been privy to all the relevant information needed and will have taken careful consideration before reaching its final decision.</p><p> </p><p>We were also reassured to note from media sources that on 16 May 2022 the current students were informed that the likelihood of them being re-located to different colleges throughout the university has been addressed, and that arrangements are underway to ensure their continued education.</p><p> </p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The latest individual learner record return for February 2019 indicates that Interserve Learning &amp; Employment (Services) Ltd is working with 4,073 apprentices employed by both levy and non-levy paying employers. Interserve is currently working with 1,990 employers.</p><p>Interserve is currently providing continuity of service to all apprentices and their employers and is operating as normal with no disruption to current operations. The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) currently holds contracts to the value of £9,579,144 with Interserve Learning and Employment (Services) Ltd (this was published in the funding summary in January 2019).</p><p>In addition, Interserve Learning and Employment (Services) Ltd has 5 European Social Funded contracts with the ESFA that started between April and November 2016 and that will end in March 2019. The total value of these contracts is £19,542,601.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The department has taken significant steps to further strengthen academies’ accountability. This is reflected in the year on year updates to the Academies Financial Handbook which strengthen accountability and transparency in the sector. The department introduced new rules in April 2019 for the declaration or approval of related party transactions. Our requirements are the most robust processes for related party transactions in any sector in the country.</p><p>The level of transparency for academies is higher than for local authority schools. The vast majority of trusts operate with a cumulative surplus and at the same time, over half a million pupils now study in ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ sponsored academies that typically replaced underperforming local authority maintained schools.</p><p> </p> more like this
