	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/05/2020 answer text <p>Officials in the Department for International Trade work closely with their counterparts in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and the Intellectual Property Office on matters relating to the protection of intellectual property (IP) rights around the world.</p><p> </p><p>Government ministers and our Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have raised this matter with the Saudi Arabian government and will continue to make representations about any alleged broadcast infringement activities of UK IP.</p><p> </p><p>We understand broadcasting piracy on satellite in Saudi Arabia, through the pirate operator beoutQ, has now stopped. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/02/2019 answer text <p>Yemen remains the world’s largest humanitarian crisis with nearly 80 per cent of the entire population – 24 million people – requiring some form of humanitarian assistance and protection. The number of food insecure people has also risen from 17 million to over 20 million and for the first time, there are people (almost 240,000) in the most severe food security category, IPC 5 - at high risk of death.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The UK is providing £170 million in response to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen this financial year, including food for the equivalent of 4 million Yemenis for one month. Our funding over the next three years will screen 2.2 million children under the age of five for malnutrition and provide urgent treatment for 70,000 of the most vulnerable children. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/07/2018 answer text <p>Foreign law enforcement officers have no powers in the UK and cannot interview witnesses here without the consent of the individual. If the witness does consent, the foreign law enforcement officer is subject to the law of the UK in the same way as any other foreign visitor, so any such interview must be conducted accordingly.</p><p>An interview of a witness in the UK is, in the vast majority of cases requested via mutual legal assistance or joint investigation teams, but can be requested through police to police cooperation for voluntary witness interviews – though the latter is an unusual route which is not used very often. The new voluntary scheme for branded medicines pricing, access and growth agreement will continue to build on these significant achievements, for example, through the piloting of new approaches for paying for ground-breaking advanced therapy medicinal products.</p><p>We do not expect disproportional impacts on people with less common conditions resulting from these policies. Provisions in the scheme allow for companies to apply for price increases should supply of products be otherwise uneconomical. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/05/2020 answer text <p>University Technical Colleges (UTCs) are well positioned to support the skills needs of local economies, placing employers at the heart of designing their specialist curriculum, mostly in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects such as engineering and digital technologies. There are over 500 employers involved in the 48 open UTCs, including leading names such as JCB, Network Rail, Toyota, Siemens and the Royal Navy, helping to create 30,000 opportunities for young people to train as the engineers, technicians and scientists of the future.</p><p> </p><p>UTCs will continue to play a role in building the skills capabilities the country needs now and in the future following COVID-19.
