	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/03/2018 answer text <p>Legal firms with 250 or more employees will be required to publish gender pay gap information by 4<sup>th</sup> April.</p><p>Partners and Limited Liability Partnership members are likely to meet the definition of employees but are not counted for the actual gender pay calculations.
