This answer is based on reference having been intended to the Proceeds of Crime
Act 2002 rather than 2017.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) does not maintain
a central record of the number of prosecutions against corporate bodies for offences
committed under (i) section 327-329 and (ii) section 330 of the Proceeds of Crime
Act 2002. Nor is it possible to identify whether the defendant was a corporate body.
This information could only be obtained by examining CPS case files, which would incur
disproportionate cost.

The SFO has not prosecuted any cases under these sections
of the 2002 Act.
