	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/05/2019 answer text <p>Department for Transport Ministers and officials have regular discussions with the CAA, including on the Drone Operator Registration Scheme and competency testing requirements, which will apply from November 2019. <ins class="ministerial">These will apply to all those in the UK operating drones or model aircraft between 250 grams and 20 kilograms.</ins> <del class="ministerial">These will apply to all unmanned aircraft below 250g, including drones and model aircraft.</del></p><p> </p><p>These are part of a package of measures to address the safety and security challenges that unmanned aircraft pose. The industry was asked to put forward nominations for this funding by 16 November. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/12/2018 answer text <p>The DVLA aims to complete 90% of medical cases within 90 working days and to process applications from those previously banned from driving within 15 working days.</p><p> </p><p>The length of time it takes to deal with an application for a driving licence following ill health depends on the medical condition involved, and whether further information is required from medical professionals. A further £300m has recently been made available to further extend the programme until at least 2024 and we will announce details of which stations will benefit from this in April. Details of individual Access for All projects are available on Network Rail’s website.</p><p> </p><p>This is in addition to access improvements delivered as part of other major projects, such as the 40 Crossrail stations which will be made accessible, and by the industry itself, which must meet current accessibility standards whenever it installs, replace or renews station infrastructure. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2019 answer text <p>Network Rail’s estate is large and varied, and includes railway tunnels, cuttings and bridges, all of which offer habitats for animals to thrive in. Network Rail manages these habitats sensitively in order to encourage biodiversity while ensuring the safety of the railway. They do not hold data on any tunnels under railway lines that may have been specifically built for hedgehogs.</p><p>Highways England use a range of mitigation measures to reduce any danger to animals in the delivery of their schemes. These include tunnels, culverts, underpasses, adapted farm crossings and species-specific structures. They do these for a range of animals, not specifically for hedgehogs.
