	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/10/2020 answer text <p>If no immediately effective arrangements relating to professional qualifications are agreed with the EU this year, on 1 January 2021 the Government will put in place a temporary system of recognition that allows holders of EU qualifications, including Irish qualifications, to seek recognition of their qualifications in the UK. This will ensure that the UK meets its commitments under the Common Travel Area.</p><p> </p><p>The Government published a Call for Evidence on the recognition of professional qualifications and regulation of professions in August 2020. The Brexit Opportunities Unit has established regular intergovernmental meetings intended to support devolved counterparts with identification of which REUL is devolved or reserved, as part of the REUL Reform Programme.</del></p><p> </p><p><del class="ministerial">My officials are working with the Northern Ireland Office (NIO), other Whitehall departments and Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) counterparts to determine the overall catalogue of REUL and develop an approach that accounts for the political situation in Northern Ireland ahead of the sunset date. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/01/2023 answer text <p>For households in Northern Ireland that live in private rented accommodation, landlords are required to reflect in the price they charge for energy, the actual costs and any Government support they receive through Energy Bills Support Scheme Northern Ireland, and Energy Price Guarantee. This also applies to landlords with a commercial contract that may benefit from the Energy Bill Relief Scheme.</p><p>The Energy Bills Support Scheme Alternative Funding will provide support for energy bills for around 930,000 households in Great Britain and Northern Ireland without a domestic electricity supply. This is likely to include tenants in certain private and social rented homes. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/01/2023 answer text <p>The delegated nature of the schemes places primary responsibility on lenders to recover money lost to fraud under the lender guarantee agreement.</p><p> </p><p>Government continues to work with lenders, law enforcement, and partners to recover fraudulently obtained loans and protect taxpayers. £320 million worth of Bounce Back Loan facilities have been removed from guarantee cover by lenders to date, including £113 million due to facilities being ineligible for the scheme.</p><p> </p><p>As of October 2022, Insolvency Service action has resulted in 391 director disqualifications and 2 criminal prosecutions, most relating to Bounce Back Loans. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer set out at the Budget that the Government will open negotiations for a City Deal for Belfast, as part our wider commitment to work towards a comprehensive and ambitious set of City Deals across Northern Ireland to boost investment and productivity.</p><p>This Government believes that local people know what is best for their areas. As such City Deals are locally led. Belfast City Region are currently developing proposals for an ambitious City Deal that drives growth and productivity in the region, which they will share with Government in 2018. I look forward to seeing them.</p><p>In the meantime, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland remains in close touch with the region. Additionally, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy visited Bombardier Aerostructures and Engineering Services (Shorts) in Belfast to discuss the Boeing dispute in July; he also visited Bombardier in Montreal in October and met with its Board. Minister Richard Harrington visited Bombardier in Belfast in August. Both the Secretary of State and the Minister are in regular dialogue with Bombardier’s top management in both Belfast and Montreal. In addition, senior BEIS officials continue to visit Belfast frequently for discussions with the company, most recently on the 11<sup>th</sup> January.</p><p>The next stage in the dispute proceedings is at the end of January when the International Trade Commission will consider the Department of Commerce’s findings and whether there has been an injury to the US aerospace industry.
