	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/05/2016 answer text <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has made the following financial contributions over the last six years.</p><p>International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) = £2,127,798.</p><p>Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organisation = £152,800.</p><p>Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty = £487,547.</p><p>Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention = £304,372.</p><p>Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) = £187,254.</p><p><ins class="ministerial">These figures are broken down by financial year in the attached document.</ins></p><p>Additionally over this period the FCO has contributed over £2.5 million to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and the OPCW-UN Joint Investigative Mechanism into the use of chemical weapons in Syria. This does not include the UK subscription which is paid by DECC.</p><p>We have also supported projects in support of these treaties and organisations. Information relating to disciplinary action is currently <del class="ministerial">unlkown</del><ins class="ministerial">unavailable</ins>. I will write shortly to provide the data requested.</p><p>The Army does not tolerate unacceptable behaviour by any personnel, including staff and Junior Soldiers at the Army Foundation College, in any form. All allegations are treated very seriously and investigated. As part of our duty of care, instructors at the College will normally be suspended until an investigation has been carried out, or depending on the circumstances, they may be removed from post without prejudice and reassigned. The Government is continuing to work with Universities UK and the Higher Education International Unit to identify ways to enable students from the region to continue their studies in the UK.</p><p>A cross government body, the Responding to International Students Crisis Committee (RISC), has been established to look into issues faced by international students who have their studies disrupted due to crises in their home countries. The RISC provides a co-ordinated Government response on these issues so that affected parties know where to go for advice and guidance.</p><p>The Government is committed to ensuring that international students are looked after by our universities as part of our efforts to maintain the excellent reputation our higher education sector enjoys overseas. However there is no scope in the existing student support legislation for the Government to provide funding support for students in the UK. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/01/2016 answer text <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has received a number of parliamentary questions from Members of the House of Commons, letters from Members of Parliament on behalf of their constituents and letters and emails from members of the public on the case of the Hares Boys.</p><p>An official from our Embassy in Tel Aviv met Chief Military Prosecutor, Maurice Hirsch, on 23 November to raise our concerns over this case in addition to our broader concerns about Israel’s child detention policy. We were informed by the Chief Military Prosecutor that the Hares boys agreed to a plea bargain resulting in their imprisonment for 15 years. From the start of the 2010-12 session until recently this has involved the submission of written and oral evidence to the Committees on Arms Export Controls (the CAEC) as part of their annual inquiries. The Rt Hon the Lord Hague of Richmond (the former Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) and the Secretary of State gave oral evidence to the CAEC on global UK arms exports on 7 February and 19 December 2012 and 8 January 2014, and 1 December 2014, respectively. The former Secretary of State was questioned about arms exports to Saudi Arabia on 7 February and 19 December 2012. There are a range of cyber security courses available depending on the role of specific staff; including the e-learning course, ‘Responsible for Information’ which is available to all civil servants on the Civil Service Learning Website. <br>This course, the development of which was funded through the National Cyber Security Programme, addresses information security, including cyber security. There are different modules for general users, Information Asset Owners, Senior Information Risk Owners, and Board and Non—Executive Board members. We encourage all political parties, to engage constructively in political dialogue in order to reach an inclusive political settlement. Although we were disappointed by the opposition’s decision to boycott the 2014 elections, we commended the participation of a broad range of candidates which saw 14 independent Shia candidates win seats, of which three were women.</p><p>We regularly discuss human rights and reform with the Government of Bahrain including at the biannual UK-Bahrain Joint Working Group meeting which was most recently held in November 2015.
