	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/10/2015 answer text <p>The Department for Education’s current contract with Magic Breakfast does not include monies from the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD).</p><p>Magic Breakfast are contracted to set up and run sustainable breakfast clubs in 184 schools where the free school meal take up is 35% or higher. This contract runs until March 2016. Organisations and careers services named throughout the statutory document and the accompanying non-statutory document are provided as examples of good practice and are not specifically endorsed by government. It is for schools to decide how best to fulfil their legal requirements in accordance with the needs of their pupils, and online careers advice services may form part of their independent careers provision.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>As stated in the statutory guidance, the National Careers Service offers information and professional advice about education, training and work to adults and young people aged 13 years and over. Pupils and their parents can access support via a website, helpline and web chat. The National Careers Service contractors, website and helpline advisers all hold and adhere to the government’s Matrix Standard, the recognised national quality standard for information, advice and guidance services. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/10/2015 answer text <p>Take-up of the entitlement to free early education for three- and four-year-olds is already very high – reaching 96% across England in January 2015.</p><p>The entitlement for disadvantaged two-year-olds was introduced September 2013. This was by extensive marketing activity, including radio, posters and through social media. The government supports local authorities in securing high take-up for this entitlement by providing them with information on parents believed to be eligible for the entitlement. Free meals were also extended to disadvantaged students in further education institutions from September 2014.</p><p>Since 1 September 2014, state-funded schools in England have been required by law to provide free lunches to all pupils in reception, year one or year two.</p><p>The provision of universal infant free school meals was a commitment in the Conservative Party Manifesto.</p><p>[1] Income Support (IS); Income Based Jobseekers Allowance (IBJSA); an income-related employment and support allowance; support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999; Child Tax Credit (provided they are not entitled to Working Tax Credit) with an annual income, as assessed by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), that does not exceed £16,190; the guarantee element of State Pension Credit; or Universal Credit.
