A number of offences may involve the use of a computer or a network in the commission of the offence. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/11/2014 answer text <p>The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) does not collect specific data on suspects referred to the CPS for a charging decision where the sending of sexually explicit images of children is alleged.
