star this property answer text <p><del class="ministerial">‘The National Health Service (Integrated Care Boards: Responsibilities) Regulations 2022’</del><ins class="ministerial"> The Health and Care Act 2022 (Consequential and Related Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2022 SI/634</ins> has made consequential amendments to regulation 2 of the NHS Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Groups (Responsibilities and Standing Rules) Regulations 2012, replacing references to Clinical Commissioning Groups with integrated care boards (ICBs). ICBs are now the statutory bodies responsible for patient rights.</p> more like this
