The World Climate Declaration will not have been assessed as part of the latest IPCC report, as it was published after the literature cut-off date of October 2021, the time by which literature must have been published to be included in the assessment. The IPCC does not make specific policy recommendations or directly advise governments so it is not possible to make an assessment of the costs of their advice. The IPCC's assessments are used on an ongoing basis to inform government decision making, including the HMT Net Zero Review, published alongside the Net Zero Strategy in autumn 2021. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/04/2021 answer text <p>Many of the actions we need to take to mitigate the impact of climate change and reach net zero emissions will support both our recovery from COVID-19 and the future growth of our economy, including levelling up our regions.</p><p> </p><p>My Rt hon Friend the Prime Minister’s Ten Point Plan for a Green Industrial Revolution will mobilise £12 billion government investment across the UK to accelerate the net zero transition, support up to 250,000 green jobs and reinvigorate our industrial heartlands, helping to level up the country.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the Ten Point plan, we will for example, invest £1 billion to support the establishment of CCUS in at least four industrial clusters.
