	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2019 answer text <p>As UK Export Finance (UKEF) celebrates its 100<sup>th</sup> anniversary as the world’s first export credit agency, it is building on along heritage of innovation. In 2018-19 UKEF underwrote the largest amount of business since 1991, providing £6.8 billion in support for UK exports. 79% of these companies were Small and Medium Enterprises. In the same period UKEF also made its largest ever transaction, with over a £5 billion package of support.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Earlier this year, UKEF were named the best export credit agency for 2018 by Global Trade Review and Trade Finance Global. The British Exporters Association has also recently commended the significant expansion of UKEF’s product range over the last decade. We strongly discourage states from using cluster munitions and urge non-States Parties such as India to accede to the Cluster Munitions Convention without delay. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/11/2019 answer text <p>Earlier this year, the government announced its commitment to improve security for renters, and intends to introduce a new, fairer deal for both tenants and landlords.</p><p>As part of this new deal, the government has agreed to consult on repealing Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988. This would provide tenants with greater security in their homes because landlords would not be able to end a tenancy without a specified reason.</p><p>Our consultation, ‘<a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/819270/A_New_Deal_for_Renting_Resetting_the_Balance_of_Rights_and_Responsibilities_between_Landlords_and_Tenants.pdf" target="_blank">A New Deal for Renting: Resetting the balance of rights and responsibilities between landlords and tenants</a>’ sought views from across the private and social rented sectors on how the new system should operate, including whether the reforms proposed (including the use of section 21 notices) should extend to all users of the Housing Act 1988, including social housing providers. As part of the consultation process my officials met with a number of housing associations, including some who operate in the Wycombe area, and discussed how a more effective system can be developed that works for everybody.</p><p>The consultation has now closed and we are carefully considering the more than 20,000 responses received. We are also assessing options for future trading arrangements, this includes the Mercosur bloc and its members. The UK already participates in WTO negotiations as part of the EU. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/11/2019 answer text <p>The NHS Long Term Plan, published in January 2019, made a clear commitment to the future of general practice, with primary and community care set to receive at least £4.5 billion more a year by 2023/24, in real terms.</p><p>Evening and weekend general practice appointments are routinely available across the country to enable patients to find appointments at a time convenient to them, with millions of patients having already benefitted from this.</p><p>Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) advises that a key focus in the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) integrated care system plan submission for delivering the objectives of the Long Term Plan is providing access to services closer to home for residents. Irrespective of where residents live in Buckinghamshire, every patient with an urgent care need will be able to access same-day primary care (in or out of hours). This will not necessarily be face-to-face and with a general practitioner (GP), but could be online with advice, telephone consultations and with other members of the primary care team. Work is already underway to deliver technological solutions, such as online consultations, in 2019/20. The Government has outlined its commitment via the Queens Speech to bring forward a Police Protection Bill to give police the support and protection they need to do their jobs effectively and safely. This includes plans to establish a Police Covenant.</p><p>We are making it easier for the police to use stop and search to tackle serious violence and knife crime.
