This information could only be obtained by a manual examination of CPS case files, which would incur disproportionate cost.</p><p>While the CPS does not collect data on defendants prosecuted by specific offence or the outcome of any prosecution, information is available for the number of offences concerning the keeping or management of brothels and controlling prostitution, in which a prosecution commenced at magistrates’ courts. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/07/2019 answer text <p>We want to ensure our young people have the skills they need to do the well-paid, high-skilled jobs of the future.</p><p> </p><p>We are introducing T levels which will offer a high quality and rigorous technical alternative to academic education, backed by an extra half a billion pounds a year once they are fully up and running, and we are establishing National Colleges and Institutes of Technology to meet higher level technical skills needs.</p><p> </p><p>The Government’s careers strategy, published in December 2017, is an ambitious blueprint for careers guidance for young people and adults. It sets out how the worlds of work and education can come together to support young people, backing the expansion of the Enterprise Adviser Network of senior business volunteers.</p><p> </p><p>This year, funding available for apprenticeships is over £2.5 billion; supporting employers to create apprenticeships for people of all ages, including young people leaving school. There are now over 470 high-quality apprenticeship standards to choose from.</p><p> </p><p>The UK labour market continues to perform strongly, with record levels of employment and record lows in unemployment. The provisions of the WTR are incorporated into BEIS's terms, conditions and policies. Our Working Time policy is published on our intranet and accessible to all staff.</p><p>Line Managers are responsible for ensuring that staff are aware of the hours they are required to work and the arrangements for taking appropriate breaks so that working time is complied with. Managers are also responsible for monitoring the working hours of their staff. Any time off in lieu taken because of excess hours worked is agreed at a local level between an employee and their line manager.</p><p>BEIS operates a variety of flexible working approaches where, subject to the needs of their team and the business, individuals can agree working hours/patterns with their manager which enable them to maintain their work/life balance.</p><p>BEIS follows the Civil Service Wellbeing Strategy - ensuring the good health and wellbeing of our staff is a priority for us. We have a range of support in place for our employees which includes the delivery of an ongoing programme of in-house health and wellbeing events and access to employee assistance programmes. BEIS promotes good mental health for all and has trained in-house Mental Health First Aiders. The overall number of post offices across the UK remains at its most stable in decades with over 11,500 branches thanks to significant Government investment of over £2 billion since 2010.</p><p /><p>While the Government sets the strategic direction for the Post Office, it allows the company the commercial freedom to deliver this strategy as an independent business.  Operational matters, such as the choice of legal representations, are commercial decisions for the Post Office to take.. I have therefore asked Alisdair Cameron, the Group interim Chief Executive of Post Office Limited, to write to the hon Member on this matter.
