	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2019 answer text <p>HMCTS and the Ministry of Justice have undertaken a number of formal written consultation exercises since the Reform Programme began in 2016. This included the Ministry of Justice consultation on the Reform Programme entitled Transforming our Justice System, which set out the Government’s broad approach to reform and sought views on three specific sets of proposals: the assisted digital strategy; automatic online conviction and statutory standard penalty; and tribunal panel composition.</p><p> </p><p>HMCTS has spent the following amounts on academic research for evaluation of reform:</p><p> </p><p>2016/17: £220,000 for research on the Citizen user Experience</p><p>2017/18: £50,000 for research on the Professional User Experience</p><p>2017/18: £40,000 for a survey of SSCS appellants digital capability</p><p>2018/19: £49,000 for LSE evaluation of video hearings in tax</p><p>2018/19: £47,976 for research on Flexible Operating Hours</p><p> </p><p>HMCTS undertakes public consultation when reorganising estate or closing a tribunal building. The statutory guidance is clear that at the secondary level, RSE includes teaching about sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDs. Teaching should also include HIV prevention and the importance of testing, as well as how and where to access advice and treatment.</p><p> </p><p>Schools are free to decide which resources to use and the Department entrusts headteachers with responsibility for making those decisions. The guidance is clear that schools should draw on medically accurate information and set this in the broader context of the subjects.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is committed to supporting schools to teach the new subjects to a high standard. The Department will continue to work with subject experts to ensure that schools are supported in improving their practice, focusing on an implementation guide, support for training needs and materials.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has announced a budget of £6 million in the 2019-20 financial year to develop this programme of support for schools. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2019 answer text <p>The Government is committed to making sure consumers have secure, affordable and clean energy now and in the future.</p><p>The Capacity Market secures the capacity required to meet peak demand, including demand for electric vehicles, in a range of scenarios through auctions held four- and one-year ahead of delivery. Although currently in a standstill period, the Capacity Market has already procured the bulk of the electricity capacity we need up to 2022.</p><p>In addition, the Government has taken powers in the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018 to mandate that charge points sold or installed in the UK must be smart enabled – allowing demand for charging of electric vehicles to be shifted, where appropriate, to off-peak times.</p><p>Finally, Ofgem regulates network companies to ensure that they deliver a safe, reliable network whilst investing for the future and providing value for money for consumers.
