Cases involving rape and serious sexual offences are some of the most challenging and complex cases that the CPS deals with. They involve very little corroborative evidence in comparison with other cases which can result in them taking longer to progress through the system. Where evidence submitted by the Police is sufficient to bring charges, the CPS will not hesitate to prosecute. The CPS works closely with the Police to ensure that cases are thoroughly investigated before charges are brought because it is in the interests of both victims and perpetrators that cases do not collapse mid-trial.</p><p> </p><p>The CPS does not maintain a record of the number of days between referral and a non-charging outcome. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/06/2019 answer text <p>Of the variables referred to, those that impact the efficiency of the boiler itself are the heat distribution system, comprising emitters, pipes and pumps and the user controls.</p><p> </p><p>Condensing boiler efficiency is typically improved by a lower water return temperature. The design, efficacy and maintenance of the heat distribution system can impact this temperature. For example, an undersized system will require a higher flow temperature making it more difficult to achieve a low return temperature.</p><p> </p><p>User controls such as timers and thermostats can impact when the boiler turns on and off. The rate of this (cycling) can also impact the efficiency of the boiler with rapid cycling being potentially detrimental to efficiency. The energy ratings given to boilers are therefore intended to provide a fair basis for comparison of the energy efficiency of different models. These include required fuel characteristics, control mode settings, etc. to ensure that the test results are repeatable and comparable. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/06/2019 answer text <p>Under the 'One Country, Two Systems' model, the proposed amendments to Hong Kong's extradition legislation are a matter for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. However, the Chinese government is on record as supporting the extradition proposals.</p><p>The UK regularly raises Hong Kong at all levels with China.
