unstar this property answer text <p>As a matter of long-standing policy and practice, we do not disclose whether an extradition request has been made or received until such time as a person is arrested in relation to the request. We therefore cannot provide the total number of extradition requests made by the UK to the USA or vice versa.</p><p>We can, however, provide the figures for both successful and unsuccessful extradition requests. unstar this property answer text <p>The Withdrawal Agreement provides for a transition period during which we continue to use all the EU security and justice tools we used prior to exit. European Arrest Warrants remain valid.</p><p>The Withdrawal Agreement further provides that the European Arrest Warrant Framework Decision shall continue to apply in respect of European Arrest Warrants where the requested person was arrested before the end of the transition period.</p><p> </p> more like this
