The new Government Curriculum will include modules on the implications of Net Zero, climate change and wider environmental issues for government. In the first phase, the Government Skills &amp; Curriculum Unit (GSCU) is working with other Departments (including BEIS, DEFRA and FCDO) to create an awareness level training resource for all civil servants.</p><p> </p><p>This will be piloted from April 2022. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/02/2021 answer text <p>Whilst it is true that battery electric vehicles dominate the current zero emission vehicle market, we recognise the potential of hydrogen as another solution for zero emission transport, particularly for heavier road vehicles.</p><p> </p><p>The fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) and hydrogen refuelling market is in its infancy and government has taken steps to support its growth in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>For example, the Hydrogen for Transport Programme, launched in 2017, set out the next steps to develop the UK hydrogen vehicle market, providing up to £23m of new grant funding to support the growth of refuelling infrastructure alongside the deployment of new vehicles. The regulation of Welsh Water is therefore a matter for the Welsh Government.</p><p> </p><p>Section 48 of the Wales Act 2017, when commenced, will align Senedd Cymru/the Welsh Parliament’s responsibilities for water and sewerage with the England-Wales border. The UK Government and Welsh Government are currently discussing when this change should be made. Welsh Water’s ability to sell water to customers in England and Wales will be unaffected by this change.</p><p> </p><p>The joint Intergovernmental Protocol on Water Resources, Water Supply and Water Quality made under the Wales Act 2017 came into effect on 1 April 2018. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/10/2022 answer text <p>We understand the pressure that businesses, charities, and public sector organisations are facing with their energy bills, which is why the UK Government is taking immediate action to ensure customers are protected over the winter period.</p><p> </p><p>Through the new Energy Bill Relief Scheme, the Government will provide a discount on energy prices for local authorities whose bills have been significantly inflated by the global energy crisis.</p><p> </p><p>A Treasury-led review will be launched to inform a decision on future support after March 2023.</p><p> </p><p>Local Government Finance in Wales is devolved and is a matter for the Welsh Government.
