In order to be taken into account these payments must be made under either a court order or under the powers of that country’s child maintenance service. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2022 answer text <p>Under the Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation in Great Britain (known as the GB CLP Regulation), the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) acts on behalf of the Government as the Agency.</p><p> </p><p>HSE is considering how to deliver for CLP the requirements outlined in the Northern Ireland Protocol Bill which would facilitate a dual-regulatory regime that gives choice to Northern Ireland businesses and can deal flexibly and durably with any barriers within the UK internal market, alongside robust commitments to protect the EU single market. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2022 answer text <p>The Health and Safety (Sharp Instruments in Healthcare) Regulations 2013 are concerned with the control of injury and infection risks to healthcare workers from needles, scalpels and other medical sharps.</p><p> </p><p>As the regulations implement aspects of the European Council Directive 2010/32/EU (the Sharps Directive), not specifically addressed in existing GB health and safety legislation, they are subject to the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill 2022 (REUL Bill) currently passing through Parliament. With the introduction of the REUL Bill, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) remains focused on ensuring that regulatory frameworks maintain the UK’s high standards of health and safety protection and continue to reduce burdens for business. HSE’s approach aligns closely with the Government’s pledge to do more for business to help promote growth by removing disproportionate burdens and simplifying the regulatory landscape. Our standards of health and safety protections are among the highest in the world. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/01/2022 answer text <p>No assessment has been made.</p><p> </p><p>Where redundancies do occur, the Department for Work and Pensions’ Rapid Response Service (RRS) works to address the effects of job losses on individuals and on the local community. The RRS work with employers to deliver flexible, timely, and appropriate support for them and their employees and help individuals secure a job or move into self-employment quickly and ideally without the need to claim welfare benefits.</p><p> </p><p>The RRS is available to private and public sector employers. Third sector employers are also eligible where the job losses affect paid workers. The RRS support can start when people are under threat of redundancy or during the period of notice.</p><p> </p><p>Where individuals have not found alternative work before they lose their job, RRS support can continue for a further 13 weeks whether they make a claim for benefits or not. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/05/2022 answer text <p>For those who are long-term unemployed, the Restart Scheme, which went live in July 2021, is providing support to Universal Credit Intensive Work Search Regime claimants and Income Based Jobseekers Allowance claimants. Claimants are considered for the Restart Scheme after claiming for 9 months.</p><p> </p><p>The Restart Scheme is being delivered across England and Wales using 12 Contract Package Areas with providers working with employers, local government, and other partners to deliver tailored support for individuals, breaking down employment barriers that could be holding claimants back from finding work.</p><p> </p><p>The Government also recognises the challenges faced by people aged 50 and over.Therefore, as part of the £500m Plan for Jobs expansion we are funding a new enhanced support package for workers over the age of 50 to help them to stay in or return to work.
