answer text
We have worked with large employers and expert partners to develop a voluntary reporting framework to support organisations to record and voluntarily report information on disability, mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. This framework was published on 22nd November 2018 and is aimed at large employers with 250 or more employees. The framework encourages employers to report what steps they are taking to support their disabled employees and employee health and wellbeing as well as the percentage of individuals within their organisation with a disability or a long-term physical or mental health condition. Government are working with partners to actively promote the framework and to monitor and review its effectiveness.
more like this

answer text
The 2019 Judicial Diversity Statistics provide data on the diversity of the judiciary, as of 1 April 2019. Disability information is currently collected on a non-mandatory basis by self-declaration. Disability information of judicial office holders is not presented as part of the statistics as, for those who do not declare a disability, it is not currently possible to differentiate between those without a disability and those who chose not to respond to the disability question.

From 2019/2020, Judicial Office are changing the way they collect diversity information to help resolve this issue. This will allow judges to access all of their diversity information on a regular basis to ensure it is up to date and accurate. Judicial Office will begin to collect more robust disability information, alongside other diversity information, with the aim of including it in the published statistics, subject to appropriate declaration rates.
more like this

answer text
We regularly raise our concerns about the misuse of the blasphemy laws with the Pakistani Government at a senior level. I raised our concerns about Freedom of Religion or Belief and the protection of minority religious communities with Pakistan's Federal Minister for Human Rights, Dr Shireen Mazari, during my visit to Islamabad in February 2019. At the UN Universal Periodic Review of Pakistan in November 2017, the UK pressed Pakistan to strengthen the protection of minorities and to explain the steps being taken to tackle the abuse of the blasphemy laws.
more like this
