	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2019 answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice published Experimental Statistics in October 2018, which estimated the numbers of former service personnel in the prison population. The department is due to release the next estimate in October 2019.</p><p> </p><p>This new analysis indicated that as at 30 June 2018, 2032 prisoners had declared as ‘ex-service personnel’ when they were first received into custody between January 2015 and June 2018. On 31 July guidance was issued to local NHS providers and commissioners outlining the next phase of the NHS response to COVID-19 and concurrent non-COVID-19 activity. The return of non- COVID-19 health services to near-normal levels involves making full use of available capacity between now and winter, whilst also preparing for winter demand pressures. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/11/2020 answer text <p>Details regarding the consultation and criteria for major capital investments after 2030 under the rolling Health Infrastructure Plan have not been finalised.</p><p>The Government recently confirmed 40 hospitals will be built by 2030, with funding of £3.7 billion confirmed over the next four years. An open competition will be run to identify eight further new schemes, delivering on the Government’s manifesto commitment.
