<p>The total number of full time and reservist British Army personnel that have worked
on recruitment in each year since 2010 can be found in the tables below.</p><p> </p><p>The
first table shows data for 2010 to the start of the Recruiting Partnering Project
(RPP) contract with Capita in 2012, which was recorded on a separate database. During
this time, the workforce for recruitment was full-time personnel only, including personnel
