star this property answer text <p>The Government has repeatedly raised our concerns on this issue with the Israeli authorities. I did so personally during my visit to Israel and subsequently.</p><p>In all but the most exceptional of circumstances demolitions and evictions are contrary to International Humanitarian Law. The practice causes unnecessary suffering to ordinary Palestinians and is harmful to the peace process.</p><p>Our firm position is evidenced by our support for Palestinians facing demolition or eviction through our legal aid programme, which helps residents challenge decisions in the Israeli legal system.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Where the appeal has been allowed in favour of the appellant, the Home Office undertakes careful consideration of the judge’s determination in order to conclude whether to submit an application for permission to appeal within the time limits set by the Tribunal Procedure Committee.</p><p>Information on the average length of time taken to implement allowed appeals that we do not challenge is not readily available in a reliable format and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost through the examination of individual case files.</p><p>Statistics on appeals that have been determined by HM Courts and Tribunals Service are published quarterly.
