	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/05/2019 answer text <p>The number of staff in the Home Office who took sickness absence due to mental health issues in the 12 months to 30 April 2019; the proportion of the total sick absence that this comprises; and the cost to the Department of sick absence due to mental ill health during that period is set out in the accompanying table. These absences include those relating to stress, as well as other mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. These conditions can be triggered by various factors.</p><p>We are committed to breaking down barriers and reducing stigma for employees living with mental health conditions. We have seen declines in the number of Penalty Notices for Disorder issued for being drunk and disorder-ly, and fewer adults perceive people being drunk or rowdy in their area as a problem than ten years ago.</p><p>We continue to take action to improve local intelligence, establish effective local partnerships and equip police and local authorities with the right powers to take effective action against alcohol-related crime and harms in the night time economy. We are aware that a digital ID is being proposed for use in verifying age during the purchase of alcohol which takes the form of a mobile phone app. It does not incorporate a biometric chip into the mobile device. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/06/2019 answer text <p>The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced two measures that give communities and victims an input into policies and approaches on tackling anti-social behaviour. They are the Community Trigger and the Community Remedy.</p><p>The Community Trigger, also known as the anti-social behaviour case review, gives victims of persistent anti-social behaviour the ability to demand a formal case review (where a locally defined threshold is met), in order to determine whether there is further action which can be taken. We also published refreshed statutory guidance for frontline professionals on the use of these powers on 24 December 2017.</p><p>We are aware of the Victims’ Commissioner’s report on anti-social behaviour, published on 30 April, and which makes several recommendations, including on improvements to the Community Trigger process. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/06/2019 answer text <p>We do not centrally collate data on anti-social behaviour (ASB) case review requests, often referred to as the ‘Community Trigger’.</p><p>The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 sets out that relevant bodies in a local government area must publish at least annually information covering the number of applications for ASB case reviews received, the number of times the threshold for review was not met, the number of reviews carried out, and the number of the reviews that resulted in recommendations being made.
