These security controls are kept under continual review. The primary objective for Cyber Essentials is to help all organisations mitigate cyber security risks, especially small and medium-sized organisations. MNOs will lead the rollout 5G in the UK and it is for them to to confirm the details of the steps they plan to take to upgrade their network infrastructure.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is setting the policy and regulatory environment needed to ensure the right conditions for investment in the development of 5G networks. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2019 answer text <p>The Superfast programme met its original objective of delivering at least 24Mbps broadband to 95% of the population in December 2017, and is now pushing beyond 96% with an ambition to reach at least 97% coverage by March 2020.</p><p> </p><p>According to ThinkBroadband, Superfast Coverage (&gt;24mbps) in South Northamptonshire in December 2017 was 91.8%, it is now 95.69%. Superfast programme take-up in Northamptonshire (County Council area) was 46.11% in December 2017, and 58.96% in Mar 2019.</p><p> </p><p>The government has invested heavily in Northamptonshire, with over £9million of central government funding allocated and local bodies’ have also contributed over £11million to the project. Delivery is managed by Superfast Northamptonshire, our local delivery partner.</p><p> </p><p>Last July, the Government published its Future Telecoms Infrastructure Review, which set out the Government’s strategy for ensuring that 15 million premises are connected to faster than ultrafast, gigabit capable broadband networks by 2025 with nationwide coverage by 2033. This includes an ‘outside-in’ approach through which the Government will support the deployment of gigabit capable broadband to the least commercial 10% of UK premises, at the same time that the market is deploying to more commercial areas. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/05/2019 answer text <p>The DCMS and Home Office joint Online Harms White Paper outlines our plans to establish in law a new duty of care on companies towards their users, overseen by an independent regulator. This regulator will set clear safety standards, backed up by mandatory reporting requirements and effective enforcement powers. The government shares concerns around designed addiction and is determined to ensure that we have sufficient evidence on this risk, and the right expectations of companies to design their products in safe ways. We expect the regulator will continue to support research in this area to inform future action and, if necessary, set clear expectations for companies to prevent harm to their users.</p><p> </p><p>In February 2019, the UK Chief Medical Officers published their review on the impact of social media use on children and young people’s mental health, followed by advice on how to have a healthy balance with screen time. This is why we agreed a new Royal Charter with the BBC following Charter Review in 2015-16. The cultural and creative industries are some of the fastest growing sectors of the UK economy and government is committed to assisting them to continue to grow.</p><p> </p><p>Arts Council England also funds a number of local festivals and circus arts, which covers some performing arts organisations as well as individuals who practice circus-related skills.
