	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/07/2019 answer text <p>As part of the Government’s continued commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, veterans are able to access National Health Service-provided mainstream and bespoke evidence-based mental health services.</p><p>The NHS in England has developed two bespoke veterans’ services; the Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service, which supports serving personnel who need additional mental health support as they are leaving the Armed Forces and veterans who have mental health issues; and the Complex Treatment Service, that has been designed to support veterans with complex mental health issues, not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder, that have not improved with previous treatment.</p><p>In December last year, NHS England announced an extra £10 million to expand these services and seek ways to close the gaps in current mental health provision to meet the needs of those individuals that are nearing crisis.
