We have implemented measures to reduce the impact on people caused by the restrictions which have been necessary to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.As already set out we have introduced reuse of previously enrolled biometrics and published guidance on Gov.UK which sets out the applicable circumstances. The guidance can be found here:<a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/913700/biometric-enrolment-guidance-covid-19-v1.0ext.pdf" target="_blank">https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/913700/biometric-enrolment-guidance-covid-19-v1.0ext.pdf</a>.People can still evidence their right to work through the Employer Checking Service after they have submitted an application for a biometric residence permit to ensure there is no impact on their employment.
