	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/09/2019 answer text <p>The CPS migrated to an Oracle Cloud system for Finance and Procurement functions on 1 April 2019.</p><p>The system is configured to ensure that it is fully compliant with Government Finance ‘Global Design Principles’ which are based on best practice and it also provides improved data security.</p><p>The Oracle Cloud system went live, as originally planned, on 1 April 2019 and was fully operational from that date. CPS completed their 2018-19 financial year-end on the new system and the resulting financial statements were successfully audited by the NAO.</p><p>The Government Internal Audit Department have been asked to conduct a review of the controls of the new Oracle Cloud system and the NAO have been asked to complete their annual technical audit of the new system at the earliest opportunity. These include contingency measures in the event of extreme weather conditions. A decision to close an office due to a business continuity event would usually be made by local senior management.</p><p> </p><p>At the same time the CPS has introduced an extensive Smarter Working Programme which gives staff greater flexibility over where they work. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/05/2019 answer text <p>In 2018 Office for Low Emission Vehicle Ministers wrote to Local Authority leaders encouraging them to support the uptake of electric vehicles and apply to the On-street Residential Chargepoint Scheme. This scheme provides grant funding to Local Authorities to install chargepoints at on-street locations for residents that lack off-street parking. Ministers also announced a further £4.5m for the scheme (£2m for 18/19 and £2.5m for 19/20). In addition, OLEV and the Energy Savings Trust have hosted a series of on-street charging workshops providing over 200 Local Authorities with more information on the scheme. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/05/2019 answer text <p>Department for Transport Ministers and officials have regular discussions with the CAA, including on the Drone Operator Registration Scheme and competency testing requirements, which will apply from November 2019. <ins class="ministerial">These will apply to all those in the UK operating drones or model aircraft between 250 grams and 20 kilograms.</ins> <del class="ministerial">These will apply to all unmanned aircraft below 250g, including drones and model aircraft.</del></p><p> </p><p>These are part of a package of measures to address the safety and security challenges that unmanned aircraft pose.
