	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/03/2020 answer text <p>Her Majesty’s Government recognises that airports are vital for local economies, providing domestic and global connectivity, employment opportunities, and a hub for local transport. We have been working closely with airports and airlines to encourage them to act quickly to fill routes which are vital for local communities and businesses, including those in Belfast.</p><p>A review of Regional Air Connectivity was recently announced to ensure all nations and regions of the UK have the domestic transport connections local communities rely on. Her Majesty’s Government plays no part in, and through regulations is legally prevented from intervening in, the airport slot allocation process. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/03/2020 answer text <p>There are no current plans to change the concessionary bus travel arrangements in England.</p><p> </p><p>Concessionary travel is a devolved policy area. This means that there are separate schemes in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and the administrative arrangements are entirely separate.</p><p> </p><p>Eligibility for the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) is linked to the state pension age. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/03/2020 answer text <p>At Budget, on 11 March, the Government announced that 9 of the 12 shortlisted city regions that were invited to bid for Tranche 2 of the Transforming Cities Fund had made successful bids and will each receive a share of the £1.22 billion available from 2019-20 to 2022-23. Portsmouth were one of three cities whose proposals need to be further refined in order to proceed to investment.
