star this property answer text <p>The UK left the European Union on 31 January 2020 and is no longer part of the EU’s decision making machinery so no further scrutiny overrides will require to be reported to Parliament.</p><p>Between July 2019 to January 2020, 348 Explanatory Memoranda on EU proposals and other documents were submitted for scrutiny.</p><p>Scrutiny during this period was interrupted by the dissolution of parliament.
